1. Matters Needing Attention & Contraindications
Operational Taboos (Contraindications)
The 12D MAX treatment MUST NOT be performed on individuals with the following conditions:
- Children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women are strictly prohibited.
- People with an irregular heart or heartbeat, especially those with cardiac pacemakers, should not undergo this procedure.
- Cancer patients, major surgery patients, and diabetes patients are prohibited.
- People with epilepsy and severe hypertension are prohibited.
- If the skin has an open wound, avoid the area or do not perform the treatment.
- Do not perform the treatment in areas with artificial fillings.
- If there is any metal in the body, operate with extreme caution and strictly avoid the metal parts.
- If the skin suffers from serious infectious diseases, proceed with caution.
Precautions Before Operation
Before initiating any treatment session, ensure the following checklist is completed:
- Professional Training: Always consult experts or receive professional training before use.
- Skin & History Assessment: Consult the customer’s skin condition and allergies (severe allergies cannot be operated). Inquire about any aesthetic instruments or treatments they have undergone recently.
- Client Communication: Tell the customer in detail about the anticipated feelings or reactions during the operation so that the customer is psychologically prepared.
- Substance Restrictions: Advise clients not to take medication or drink alcohol for 24 hours before and after the operation.
- Preparation: Request guests to remove all metal accessories worn on their bodies. Ensure the parameters of the beauty head are adjusted properly, check whether the instrument is in normal condition, and confirm preparation is complete.
2. Step-by-Step Instrument Installation & Configuration
Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully take out the instrument and accessories from the packaging box. Keep the packaging materials for future transportation or storage. Check all accessories against the list and inspect the device for any mechanical damage.
Assembly Instructions
- Installation Screen: Align the card slot at the back of the 13.3-inch HD smart screen with the instrument installation interface and push it down firmly to the bottom.
- Startup Operation: Connect the power cord to the 220V JACK and press the ON/OFF button located on the back of the host.
- Connection Handle: Align the handle wire plug with the interface and push it to the end. Note that the two handles connect to distinct interfaces (LEFT controller and RIGHT controller).
- Insert Operating Probe: According to the operation needs, insert the corresponding treatment probe firmly in the direction of the hole.
